Context

We support ProgrammExpress when customers require additional support when using the product. This can be in the form of a temporary resource to get all projects loaded onto the software, covering absences, working on specific projects/programmes or helping them set up their PMOs.

Projects

We have provided resources to several clients including:

  • Whitbread Group – devised and implemented a communication plan between users, administered and chaired weekly update meetings and produced regular board reports for two major programmes of activity.
  • International Hotel Groups – administered and chaired weekly update meetings and produced management reports.
  • Picsolve International Ltd – ran their PMO (administering and chairing team meetings, producing management reports) for a year covering maternity leave.
  • South West Water Ltd – helped them onboard a large number of users and the set up of their PMO.
